UPDATE
I know that on the OLD blog I updated everyone on my weight loss and how I was doing. With all the drama in my life, I have had a little issue with watching what is going in my body... BUT since June 1st, I am down 16 lbs. I have cut out the "bad" things for you. Then I have been walking and or working out everynight. The only time that I don't work out is when I am on the boat, but I figure with all the swimming and such that makes up for it. I have A LOT more to go before I have happy again BUT seeing the scale is not too bad these days.
